Progress! 🙌
Changing movement patterns takes patience, time and deliberate practice!
We all have a “factory setting” as far as how we like to skate!
It’s my job to provide specific feedback to help players improve their movement patterns and also to empower players to become their “own coach” when I’m not with them!
Nice job fellas!
There are so many ways to incorporate quick little transitions into your game! Lots of inside and outside c-step transition work this summer! 💥
Sequence transitions with edge work and crossovers in practice and these skills will translate more easily into practice/games.
Nice job fellas!🙌
We are incredibly saddened to share the news of the passing of our dear friend, coach, and mentor Tony Voce. Your guidance on and off the ice helped us in immeasurable ways. Your passion for the game, unwavering support, and invaluable wisdom will be missed. Rest in peace, Tony.
Congrats to Oscar Plandowksi, playing in his 250th regular season @QMJHL game this evening.
Félicitations à Oscar Plandowksi, qui joue ce soir son 250e match de saison régulière dans la LHJMQ.

Yesterday I was informed of Paul Merritt’s death a scout for Sabres over 30 yrs spent many hrs in cold N England rinks & when not there he worked with people less fortunate. He was a great man . It was an honor to work with him . Deepest Condolences to wife Debbie sons Tad Peter
The world & the hockey community lost one of the best this weekend…Paul was all that was good in the game…our game needs more Paul’s - thank you for being my friend but more so a friend to ALL…a 30 year scout w/@BuffaloSabres - a summer coach to many…miss you my friend…..
Flew back from Edmonton 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive my hockey gear @WestJet. It was located in Amsterdam a week ago but now it’s nowhere to be found. As a professional hockey player this is a necessity; they have yet to compensate or accommodate me in any way @CBCNews
I’m a big believer that you need to feel comfortable skating backwards as well as forwards. The Jr group are working hard on their backwards skating and edge work this summer!
Sad day 2day. We lost one of the great guys in the game. This was taken minutes after being named Interim GM of his home town team Minnesota Wild. In typical TK fashion he ask me to get us through 1st couple of holes in our match & birdies 1 talking to media & taking calls.#RIP
Wishing my co-worker and travel partner the very best in retirement. 30+ years with the Nordiques/Avalanche. Two Stanley Cups and a million laughs.
A true gentleman that impacted so many... Thanks Donny!
