Many small/medium Chiefs share these concerns. We all face similar issues. This latest one time funding has had some unintended consequences.
Subsidies to one agency, policing reporting requirements, grants, etc... should be fairly, equitably, and objectively distributed.
Any municipal policing provider, be it OPP or local, should be subject to the same reporting standards and funding opportunities.

Our Auxiliary Officers attended requalification training today. These members volunteer their time throughout the year at community events and on patrol with sworn members.

A distraction theft took place in a financial institution at the ATM machine in Port Elgin.
Two persons working in tandem used a distracting tactic was used to obtain the victim's PIN and debit card. A large amount cash was withdrawn from the victim's account by the suspects.
