Hey @Grubhub_Care I have to say that I was disappointed in the customer service I just received. The order was delivered to the wrong address. When I was working with the online customer service they basically gaslighted me and said next time to make sure the address was correct.

@adventurouskate Last time I had it taken off they just popped them off in pieces using a fake nail to do it 😂 (already had chips in the polish), but I wonder if some other sturdy thin edge thing would work? I’ve heard wrapping the nails in foil w/ polish remover on them & “soaking” for awhile.
