@sandy_robinskml@Number10cat@Rand0mB1tsUK@bennyjohnson The point isn’t about whether the EU think it’s okay or not, it’s about the gross hypocrisy of someone saying it was abhorrent for Biden to do it, but a genius move from daddy Trump.
@rich_rdctd@DanielJHannan By your argument someone from the Caribbean wouldn’t be able to identify as such if you go back more than a few hundred years. Someone in England could be French, or Nordic. And that means that, obviously, someone whose parents were here, and are not white, would be English.
@rich_rdctd@DanielJHannan That’s not my argument at all - my argument is that it is ridiculous to be basing your idea of ethnicity on an arbitrary feeling of history. A far more sensible one is a defined degree of ‘generation’ - without that all the arguments are stupid.
@rich_rdctd@DanielJHannan Ok cool, so most of the brits in question have a shared lineage from saxony and so can’t claim to be English. Deal.
Nothing to do with skin colour.
@FckLeighAnne@PolliticsUK@OpiniumResearch How many reform MPs are Tory morons with a new colour sash?
You’re just voting for Tories either way, and you’re falling for it.
