🚨 JUST NOW: A rioter who JUMPED IN FRONT OF a civilian employee driving out of Delaney Hall in Newark LOST a game of chicken with the vehicle
Pure FAFO.
Diving in front of a convoy of fast moving government contracted vehicles is a GREAT way to spend domestic nights in the hospital.
Hope this was a lesson!
Get the riot squad ready. Karmelo Anthony is fucked. Witness testimony today destroys his claims of self-defense.
A 17-year-old witness testified: "I remember people confronting Karmelo and saying, you shouldn't be here, you probably should leave our tent. I also said you should leave."
Prosecutor: "Was it aggressive?"
Witness: "I don't think so. I remember it getting more aggressive. I remember Karmelo refusing to leave and Austin saying, you need to leave, and Carmelo saying, touch me and find out."
That student and others say the defendant was asked to leave as many as 15 times.
Prosecutor: "Did anyone try to gang up on him?"
Witness: "No, sir."
Prosecutor: "How long did this go on?"
Witness: "Roughly two minutes."
Prosecutor: "Was Karmelo angry?"
Witness: "Yes, sir."
Prosecutor: "Was Austin angry?"
Witness: "Yes, sir. Karmelo was refusing to leave."
Prosecutor: "Who was provoking?"
Witness: "Karmelo. Austin leans in to push him and Carmelo stabs him. Karmelo had his hands inside a backpack and we thought it was a bluff. Austin fell down the bleachers onto his back and he got up. He lifted up his shirt where his chest was all bloody and he said, I think I got stabbed."
Prosecutor: "Did he say anything?"
Witness: "I think he said, oh my God."
Another student, Jalen Matthews, backed up the state's case.
Prosecutor: "Did it look like Austin was trying to pick a fight?"
Witness: "No, sir."
Prosecutor: "Did it look like Karmelo Anthony was trying to pick a fight?"
Witness: "Yes, sir."
Prosecutor: "Did this look like self-defense to you?"
Witness: "No, sir."
Prosecutor: "Was Karmelo Anthony the aggressor?"
Witness: "Yes, sir."
I hope Texas is ready.
If Karmelo Anthony is found guilty (and I expect he will be), expect riots from the usual crowd that always loses their minds when the justice system actually works.
Law and order shouldn’t come with a side of threats and chaos.
Be prepared.
