@WhichTravel @VirginAtlantic currently on day 80 of waiting for a refund. Now been told I will receive it within 50 days. Other airlines have managed to pay out within the 7-day window required by law. Friends have received refunds from BA and easyjet within 3-4 days.

@sainsburys got told as a couple that only one person per household is allowed in your Dalston store. 5 minutes later loads of couples were allowed in together? Now having to carry heavy shopping home on my own. Very unfair. Some consistency please!
