@RASTAPOPOLUS1 @DisastroMan correct

[Torn Hawk @hawknotes]

@DisastroMan Troubled that jocks in 1985 declared that music made with drum machines and synthesizers wasn't "real music". AI is the same. I am happy to engage with it as just another tool. Open your mind, jesus, or feel free to stop supporting things you don't understand. No hard feelings

Me using AI as part of my "practice" as some douchebag would say is no threat to you. Relax. Drum machines were not a threat to Alex Van Halen. He survived. AI hysteria is a threat to my good mood, however

[Torn Hawk @hawknotes]

Doh that Subvert platform says it is for "human made work" I guess I can't use drum machines. Sounds like my old boss when I worked construction in my twenties, like in the 90s, he is like "synthesizers aren't real music". Well, now we have these humorless

[Torn Hawk @hawknotes]

Art is about choices and point of view, not some puritanical allegiance to some impossible-to-define quality of the "human made". Oh shit I sure hope Bob Dylan stops playing electric guitar. Let's limit all our kids to just making music with sticks and stones
