Officially in my running era!
Always thought this goal was too ambitious for my level of fitness. After all the hard work ive put in the last 2.5 years, i finally feel ready! Im shooting for sub 4 hrs and im excited for the training to push my mind and body beyond its limits!!
@DeanTTraining have you tried the tiramisu flavor? ๐ฅ๐ฅ surprised to see the king Strawberry Cheesecake didnt make your rankings. Marshmellow absolutely smacks tho

You want to go to the the gym at noon, in absolutely no hurry. You want to spend 18 hours a day doing what you love. You want to be exactly where you desire being, always. You want to spend as much time with the people you care about as possible.

this short distance runner is finally building a solid endurance base. so far its been all Zone 2 easy runs, will start mixing in some tempo in May ๐๐ผโโ๏ธenjoying the journey
I honestly cannot stress this enough but please start living & enjoying your life. Your life is passing by daily and all youโre doing is working, paying bills, & overthinking stuff you can't change. Start taking trips and treating yourself. Have fun with this life. You only get 1
Im not gonna lie, I don't care about "feeling seen" at work . As long as that check is "seen" hitting that bank , im good. I really just wanna do my job and go home.
@coookwithchris this was literally me in 2022. A year of tests, exactly what you listed above, all negative - doc diagnosed me with IBS-D lol. eliminated fried / highly acidic / greasy foods from my diet and symptoms disappeared. only have issues when i try to eat those types of foods
