An Elgin County farm on the shores of Lake Erie. We started growing hops in 2014. Now we sell those hops to brewers of all sizes/shapes.

I find it quite disheartening that the frozen US “fresh” hops are getting everyone so excited. You know we have actual fresh ones here? There are some great new British hops around at the moment, I brewed green hop beers in September with Ernest and Emperor, both mind blowing.

The old hurdles of quantity, price, and quality no longer exist in local hop production. A viable ontario agricultural industry is dying on account of lack of brewer support.
