@cryptoastekz I have the same with my neck. As eccentric as my neighbour is, he tends to be pretty bang on when he gives out advise. I guess like anything though, different things will work for everyone. Good luck with it chap!

@cryptoastekz Knowing I suffer with them, my neighbour (now old in years but steeped in wisdom) used to have 3/4 a week in his 20’s. Tried acupuncture in his neck/back once when he hit 30 and has never had one since. I’m thinking it might be worth a shot 🤷‍♂️
