Today, we're taking step to evolve Jira for AI-native software development and Agent Experience.
The capabilities have changed, but the heart and soul of Jira remains the same; to be the workflow across teams (now humans and agents) to move their work forward.
As the outputs increase, the new bottleneck is alignment and clarity on what to prioritize.
As @mcannonbrookes said in the founder keynote, Atlassian is jumping into AI with both feet in. Today we announced that Rovo, our AI product to unlock organizational knowledge, is now in GA. We also announced two Agents that will increase developer productivity: Autodev and Autoreview.
I'm proud of all the designers across all teams on achieving this milestone. We can't wait to see what our customers do as they harness the power of AI.
This is only the beginning and I'm looking forward to what the near-future brings to AI Design at Atlassian.

I’m speaking at @figma’s Config 2023!! This is such a surreal (and scary) experience for me but I’m SO excited!
Thanks to @haytchde and @Atlassian for encouraging me! Come and watch me speak about designer and developer collaboration here 🎉https://t.co/vPCmllLLGl #config2023

I got access to the ChatGPT Plugins alpha earlier today and am pretty blown away. Still limited right now, especially as web browse + retrieval are separate waitlists, but the possibilities plugins alone open up are 🤯
Just Transvribe alone opens up a ton of possibilities for getting around the limited context window - you can feed it a video primer on a topic then build off what it gathers from there. GPT-4 does a decent job poking holes or spotting gaps as well if you ask it!
It’s very early days for both, but I’m keen to see how their offerings develop. Huge kudos to @DragonsteelBook for partnering with them on the new secret novels and pushing that industry forward a bunch - it needs it based on how much Audible bully authors for an outsized cut.
There’s few products I get more value from than Audible. It’s a shame it’s owned by Amazon and holds a near total monopoly on audiobooks. Was great to see Sanderson shine a light on the issues recently, and that Spotify and Speechify are taking crack at giving some competition.
Also I sent the little app I made for it to some mates and immediately got this back 😂 Not bad.
(haytchde is the unique identifier for prompting - otherwise it'd fill gaps with other references for Harry or Harrison)
I was curious what all these AI avatar apps are doing to generate somewhat personalised results with Stable Diffusion.
With a little work, I managed to fine-tune a model on my face and generate a bunch of pretty-good results. That's all these apps do then gen off preset prompts.
It was a fun exercise and I learned a lot about how fine-tuning these big models works. Highly recommend the @_buildspace AI Avatar build if you're interested in doing a similar thing yourself.
