Trump said that he rejected the Secret Service's suggestion to tear down and rebuild the Oval Office.

Translation: Trump wants to tear down the Oval Office..

I'm finally getting around to reading the transcript of Trump's interview with Time . . . Holy F*ck! If this mother fucker isn't removed or at least reined in and defanged we are so screwed. We've known this, but this interview hit's like a ton of bricks. TDS is real and pure projection--Donald Trump is 100% deranged. His narcissistic scrambled brain and disorganized thoughts are laid bare. It's the most unsettling thing I've ever read because it's real . . . not out of some political thriller novel. God help us all.

Canada says it will fast track the approval process for a new proposed crude oil export pipeline to its west coast that could generate over $14 billion a year in GDP. The pipeline is designed to diversify Canada's economy away from the US https://t.co/rJg0hZKFN2

The entire interior U.S. should be alarmed as Canada fast tracks a new crude oil pipeline from Alberta to Canada's West Coast that will push more of Canada's oil away from U.S. refineries that rely on it, and could negatively impact U.S. refineries.

[Jack Prandelli @jackprandelli]

🇨🇦Canada is building a way around 🇺🇸America for its oil.

Prime Minister Carney today named Pacific Link a project of national interest.

It's a 1M b/d pipeline from Alberta to a terminal near Vancouver, built to ship crude to Asia.

The route follows the existing Trans Mountain corridor and stays clear of B.C.'s North Coast.

Ottawa and Alberta would own it equally, Indigenous communities get at least 10%, Pembina is the private partner, and Trans Mountain leads development.

Federal conditions are due by 1 Sep 2027 and construction starts after that.

Realistically, oil flows in the early to mid 2030s.

Ottawa projects 140,000 jobs and $ 20bn a year of GDP.

Today about 90% of Alberta's oil goes south.

But the number that matters most is missing from the press release and it's the WCS discount. Heavy Canadian crude sells below WTI because 🛢️US refiners in the Midwest and on the Gulf Coast are almost its only buyers.

Trans Mountain's expansion already narrowed that gap when it opened in 2024.
Another 1M b/d to the coast would weaken that captive market further.

It's the same story as LNG.

🇨🇦Canada sanctioned LNG Canada Phase 2 for Asian buyers, while Washington's Alaska LNG pitch is still waiting on Seoul.

If 🇨🇦Canada sends another 1M b/d to Asia, who replaces those heavy barrels for 🇺🇸US refiners?

Fellas! STOP DONALD TRUMP JR. FROM GETTING A CUT OF CANADA'S MILITARY BUDGET! BOOST/REPOST
Donald Trump Jr. and an "unnamed" American Investment Company have bought out the Canadian drone company that was to make over 5,000 drones in the next couple of years, of which 1/3 are to be given to Ukraine. This is insane!
Contact Defence Minister David McGuinty. Make it clear that we are not willing to cut the Trump crime family in on the defence of our border – a defence that is being mounted because of the threat from Don Jr’s family.

@HenriAGS They’re not separating 😂. As a girl raised in AB, this is 20% of the hicks complaining. Same thing as Quebec constantly complaining in the 80/90’s about separating… it’ll never happen.
