@SarahCholwill I volunteered for a group chaired by a district council. Paid staff would bring a hot drink from their offices, as volunteers we received no expenses and were told it was not possible for us to have a drink as there were no funds set aside. Did not feel part of a team

@Vix_79 Have you looked around a recommended school - depending on need but you should be able to see those adaptations or break out rooms etc. think through the school day transitions to rooms etc. I found that the schools excluded themselves as a setting.

@autcareandshare I have always advised people I have to speak to national organisations ie IPsea as budgetary constraints should not be a factor around support offered. It is a statement if needs.

@autcareandshare I would like some clarification on the training received by SEND workers who are employed by the LA to guide parents through the EHCP process. I have known many over the years who all seem to repeat how lucky family are to receive an EHCP due to budgetary restraints.
