@AlaskaAir Yes, sounds like they do not allow you to enter it when booking, but rather once you check in. Hoping I remember to do that! Thx

@SouthwestAir - my flight was cancelled and says “rebooked”, but that won’t work for me. How do I just get a refund? I can’t get through on the phone.

@AlaskaAir Thanks! I’ve consistently had great people with us on Alaska, but when you really need something - like water for parched kids before service and they know to jump in and help without even being asked it’s truly human and very moving. She was also just so kind the whole flight.

. @AlaskaAir I want to give a shout out to Beth on AS 630 for being such a wonderful person. I’m a single mom flying to my grandmother’s funeral with two kids and the whole world felt like it was conspiring to not allow us to make this flight. Beth was a ray of sunlight today <3
