@BrittanyFerries very poor customer service and compassion. A friend had to cancel a booked crossing to Spain due to her husbands cancer diagnosis. Offered a voucher valid for 12 months which is no use as he won’t be able to travel before the 12 months is up.

4 hours sitting in @sashnhs East Surrey A&E with my 37 weeks pregnant daughter and it’s like war zone. 2 hours ago Dr said she’d discuss and come back to us and nothing. Blood and rubbish on the floor in waiting room. same issues I formally complained about in July-no change 🤷‍♀️

When #24hours in A&E isn’t a TV programme
@sashnhs arrived A&E East Surrey 11pm Wednesday night with post surgery infection. Wound not examined properly, dressing left in situ, left sitting in chair until 1pm Thursday. Transferred to a trolley in corridor.

I cannot fault the staff on Brockham Ward but A&E is a complete shit show. This is how people die of sepsis. Old lady on trolley in front of me-4 nurses walked past and commented she’d wet herself AND DID NOTHING!! #NHS #SASHNHS #CQC

Crying in pain and pretty much ignored. Finally get a bed at 6pm Thursday. MY DRESSING NOT REMOVED FOR 19 HOURS DESPITE ASKING 5 TIMES.
Required a further 48 hours of IV antibiotics and a further 2 courses to be taken at home.
