Hey @CrossCountryUK I know travel today is absolutely ridiculous. Can you possibly ask your staff to remind passengers that the toilets are not extra seating and there are people with medical conditions who need to use them?

Morning! @Cardiffbus I had a scary incident with one of your buses today. They decided it was appropriate to try to overtake me (a cyclist) on a single lane road, forcing me into the bus stop. This is the third time this week a bus has done this. Why do they think it’s okay?
