It’s a common scam for people to respond to posts like mine suggesting some rando who can supposedly get the page back.

The assumption is that if you were hacked then you’re likely a desperate sucker they can con $$$.

@sandrafig4 I get notifications for random junk on Twitter but not notifications for an actual comment. Just now saw yours scrolling back through.

To answer: publer, Microsoft, Radaar (some workarounds if you want to personally pay for the API fee).

And not a SMM tool per se but Wordpress.

@wongmjane Except I watched every single acct I access that had it have it turned off w/ no notification back in Nov. There were Q's about losing acct access if you reenabled it & I told the tech challenged small biz clients to be aware of nil security from Twitter. 🙄

SO many benefits for me to have more than one vehicle when I live somewhere that isn’t accessible by public transport (& I don’t do well at all w/ perfumes in Uber/taxis & public transport anyway.)

@davegerhardt Or a thick skin & desire for something different or else you give up quickly. Our country has a major issue w/ people becoming successful even if it's justified or low ego. (And a lot of non-profits have their own type of dysfunctional / egos too so it's not "the answer.")

Still getting notifications for random stuff on half of the accts. It’s random posts from accounts not followed, not even bots & scammers. Not DMs. Not likes. Just JUNK. I think it may be an increasing coding problem with @Twitter - code failing @TwitterSupport ?

I turned more notification settings off & it just seems to keep increasing the junk @Twitter @TwitterSupport Posts from accounts I don’t follow & don’t follow me. Random. Not DMs. Not retweets. JUNK. My phone notifications for #Twitter remain off because it’s like spam.

@austinnotduncan If money were no issue would probably buy a Rivian because I need SUV / Trucks more than I need a sedan. Interested in one of the larger Cadillacs too.

Honestly I would want to test drive anything & build an extra garage first… & might be better off with hybrid. 🤷‍♀️

Just FYI the #twitter problems are getting worse… 8pm ET. I also saw another error that was too brief to screen shot when flipping through checking on accounts.

If you somehow still don’t have any other accounts I would recommend hedging your bets & get 1 acct anywhere else.

@lolkeks5 @hayatohuseman Yeah my take probably isn’t true but “logical” hasn’t been the word of the day around here for awhile. So yeah I think the worst on some of it.

I had to turn off notifications at the device level because my Twitter settings for accts no longer matter/work. 🤷‍♀️

@Garvinnets Either you didn’t read or your bot didn’t understand that the context wasn’t about a lost account. My post was in response to a post made by Twitter because they’ve switched to considering banning advertising other platforms after deleting posts. 😒
