I gave Charlie Kirk his flowers last year and thanked him for helping 100s of young black people get an invite to the White House back in 2019

He helped pay for most of their flights and hotels because it cost so much to travel and he didn’t want them to miss out

He have gave them an experience & opportunity of a lifetime and yes he helped me get an invite as well.

Six years ago, the Alchesay Lady Falcons made history - bringing home the school's second-ever girls basketball state title with a hard-fought 40-36 win over No. 4 seed Scottsdale Christian Academy at the Gila River Arena in Glendale.

Originally scheduled to take place at Highland High School, the game was relocated to a larger venue due to the overwhelming fan base of Alchesay supporters. It was a decision that honored not only the team's hard work but the unwavering support of our community.

Falcons fans had already braved deep snow and severe winter weather just to reach the state tournament rounds in Prescott Valley. With roads nearly shut down and games on the verge of being cancelled, our community pushed through - showing what true dedication looks like.

Coach Rick Sanchez shared: "The feeling is incredible...We weren't picked to win anything, but the girls worked hard all year. I kind of pointed them in the right direction, and they just ran with it to get this win."

Junior guard Mariah Riley said the team knew they could do it after knocking out defending state champions Leading Edge Academy in the quarterfinals.

From underdogs to champions - this 2019 squad inspired the next generation of Lady Falcons and reminded us all what it means to rise, together.
