@MoPublicSafety @MSHPTrooperGHQ @MoDOT My FIL left KC around 10am to drive to STL, he has been sitting for hours on I-70. He’s 80 years old. Currently at MM 188 sitting in traffic. There is a wreck that happened at 7:17 and is still not cleared, currently shows 5.5 hours to clear! All hands on deck needed!!
