@tacobell can you explain to me how I can put an order in on the app, get told a certain pickup time, show up 2 mins AFTER that time and STILL waiting 10 mins later? AND there is NO ONE in the drive thru and only 2 other people waiting on their orders. So much for FAST food.

@AmericanAir Kind of missing the point. The FA was condescending the entire flight and the "in your class of cabin" statement was unnecessary. Not sure if he is a reserve FA or not, but he needs Customer Service 101.

I've flown many times & I've NEVER been told to use the lavs in "your class of cabin." It's always been use the closest to you to shorten time out of the seat. I guess this time it's because the @AmericanAir FA wasn't able to serve drinks to 1st when the "other classes" went w/o.
