@DrGRuralMD I actually prefer a GLP-1 for many of my patients, when cost effective. Excellent reduction in A1c, weight loss, CV risk reduction, tolerability and compliance. I also routinely see secondary improvement in TG levels. Lots of benefits w/ 1 agent!

@kari_jerge Honestly, hit this rock bottom feeling around Labor Day. Spent 2 days in bed feeling despondent, from then on decided had to take it one patient at a time to survive. Educate, encourage and love on them. One at a time. Your words keep us going. Thank YOU!!
