@DrGRuralMD I actually prefer a GLP-1 for many of my patients, when cost effective. Excellent reduction in A1c, weight loss, CV risk reduction, tolerability and compliance. I also routinely see secondary improvement in TG levels. Lots of benefits w/ 1 agent!
@olsonplanner If you asked for my recommendation/advice as a HCW, and you were willing to listen openly, then I would support any decision you made, vax or not. My trust/respect for your work would begin there! Great thought provoking question!
@kari_jerge Honestly, hit this rock bottom feeling around Labor Day. Spent 2 days in bed feeling despondent, from then on decided had to take it one patient at a time to survive. Educate, encourage and love on them. One at a time. Your words keep us going. Thank YOU!!
There were more WVU fans at Bank of America Stadium for a regular season football game than Wake Forest and pitt fans combined at the ACC Championship Game.
Wake Forest QB Sam Hartman is one of the most impressive student-athletes I have had a chance to interview. You can see why in this terrific piece by @ADavidHaleJoint https://t.co/2wHqJ8jHeR
