@parkrunUK My first @parkrunUK was my proudest. I was 49, and had completed couch to 5k earlier in the year, but still wasn't a vary confident runner. I didn't expect to know anyone at @Canterburyparkrun, but was reassured by how kind and welcoming people were. Hard course though!
