@SkyHelpTeam when is your online upgrade portal going to be working. Trying to upgrade for a new iPad. Tried on phone and laptop and getting the same error.
@ScottishPower I wonder how you expect customers that work to be able to contact in the hours of 9 - 5 ? After spending an hour talking to an advisor and setting up a direct debit and then you’ve set my account to pay as go.
@malissataylor@MartinSLewis@Nationwide You might need to use an mortgage broker as they can often use an off high street lender who can be more flexible with the lending. It might have a slightly high initial rate but at least your not paying someone else’s mortgage. I’ve had to do just that.
@SouthernWater I’ve tried to change my contact phone number on my account as apparently you keep trying to contact me but all I’m getting is text messages but no phone calls and the website doesn’t work !
@SkyHelpTeam can you tell how I can speak to your customer services team who tell me my back ordered iPhone 12pro will be delivered Friday 30th to then get an email saying it could now be up to the 21st of Nov !! Very poor service and communication.
