@RoyalMail please help. Trying to track down a parcel that says it was delivered but hasn't been received. Tried ringing but when I eventually got through the person couldn't hear me properly. Said they were ringing me back and nothing happening.

@pj_kent @katesparkle Cloth masks alone are no use. Filters improve them and sadly still contribute to waste. The fibres aren't good enough in cloth masks to keep the virus out.
