@EE phoned at 6pm as we were told to by an advisor this morning for an update on the broadband that’s been off for 6 days. Only to be told open reach closed at 6pm and we can’t update you. No sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. 6 days is a bit of a joke now
@EE internets been off since Tuesday. Told it would be back on by 6pm on Saturday… it’s now Sunday and no connection. No updates. We phone up and you have no idea why it’s not on or fixed 🤷♀️ your advisor literally said the last case he saw like this took 3 MONTHS!
@EE They know less no that they did yesterday. At least before they could fob us off with 6pm Saturday. Now it’s ’we have no idea… someone will update you though’ no one does. Total farce.
@EE We have everyday since Tuesday and they are the most unhelpful people. No one has an answer other than ‘it should be fixed by 6pm Saturday’ he even said that this morning… it should have been fixed yesterday no further updates
@EE promised that today our connection would be back having been off all week 9-5pm for scheduled work you failed to mention to anyone… is it back? Nope! 🤦🏻♀️

Not held back. The whole process has been extremely disappointing and to be honest heartbreaking. The lack of support phenomenal.
@MarkDrakeford 3 having been promised the unit in June we placed a significant order for a large kiln to be built for us. The deliver was due THIS week. That’s has now cost us to delay that delivery. We are no closer to a move date.
