Before you lecture Iranians about war and humanitarian concerns, remember this: the Islamic Republic already killed tens of thousands of Iranians during COVID:

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ali Khamenei banned the import of U.S. and U.K. vaccines, claiming they were “untrustworthy” and might be used to experiment on Iranians.

This ban blocked vaccines like the Pfizer–BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine and Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.

Even 150,000 donated Pfizer doses were rejected.

Result:

• Official deaths: ~146,000
• Estimated real deaths: ~280,000–300,000
• Up to 75,000 lives could have been saved with earlier vaccination.

So spare us the sudden lectures about caring for Iranians.

The Islamic Republic itself has killed tens of thousands of Iranians through its own decisions.
