@archer_uwu I just decided to build my own for my platform. It's pretty simple right now but maybe it could become api. What do you think? https://t.co/rDkdwtuUT6
New feature: Your Personal Timeline.
This update lets anyone start posting immediately right from the feed. You don’t even need to create channels anymore. Your timeline is like your personal channel, where you can share your thoughts, post or things you found interesting.
Heahy just got smoother.
Reactions + Emojis now live in the posting form.
Alt+E / Alt+R • Type : for emojis • # for instant tags • Paste links to auto-embed

@andrewchen 95% of agentic coding might be done via voice from the phones in the future no lie there. More interesting statistic is the percentage of good quality usable software that will actually work and is maintainable done in this way by non technical "developers". My bet is 0%.
🚀 Heahy Update:
✅ New reporting tools—flag illegal/rule-breaking content directly to mods
✅ NSFW content now auto-blurred + required flagging for all uploads
✅ Long-awaited User Settings panel is live (start by customizing your NSFW view!)

New minor update is live 🚀
Channels now have clear content (SFW / Occasional NSFW / NSFW) and speech (Free speech / Open debate / Like-minded space) tags, with moderation enforced accordingly.
Channel management UI also got a refresh and now you can add channel rules too!
I know you should stay lean, build an MVP, run A/B tests, iterate, and adapt to customer feedback. But does anyone treat their project like a piece of art -painting their full vision on the canvas, no matter what it takes? And if it fails, it fails? #startups#buildinpublic
@TechCrunch Facebook was great in the beginning, so they should go back to their roots if they want to be cool again. They won’t do it because it would cost money - they’d have to cut down on ads and change the algorithm to favor recent posts from friends.
@so_ph_ieX Best at what? It has strengths and weaknesses. I would classify X as a many-to-one-to-many structure which makes it a very specific platform but in my opinion makes it harder to make it The One and Only platform.
I think fundamentally this structure can be a lot of fun when you get used to it. Heahy does support it in a primitive way ( you can follow users and see threads/posts they create in your feed). But I already see a lot of ways to improve it. Can't wait to experiment #socialmedia
I never used X before and decided to check it out. Maybe I need to get used to it a bit more, but this format is not fun to me, at least for now. I prefer many-to-many old-school social media (like forums/IRC/Reddit). X is many-to-one-to-many and I find it a bit chaotic.
