@jlotsofwater it depends entirely on what someone does...when most people say they are trying to heal, they usually mean a therapy session a week, which for someone severely traumatized isn't enough to stop the bleeding. Full recovery requires many multiples greater than 1hr/week
So develop an attitude that says: "I will do WHATEVER it takes, for as LONG as it takes."
So ask yourself honestly:
