Today we had Alan from Action Mental Health in to give us a presentation on mental health. Our students learned about mental health, coping strategies and types of support available. A very worthwhile talk for all of KS3.
Well done to Aoife Mc Ardle who came second at this year's orienteering festival. Congrats also to Leah Gribben and Louise Daly who came joint 3rd. They were presented with medals today at the Navan Fort.
As part of Healthy Lifestyle Week we have been getting the boys involved too! We started a volleyball tournament today at lunchtime. Day 1-all level!!!!
Today we had a sports zone for Year 8 girls organised by the Year 11 GCSE PE class. We had a huge turnout and they had great fun playing football and tennis. #keepinghealthyatlunchtime
