@airindia This female ground staff was totally unhelpful and lacked empathy. You must counsel her for better customer management especially when their flights are cancelled and delayed endlessly. They will naturally be worried and frustrated for the lack of right information and support

@airindia They weren't able to help in real time but the customer care did and I am forced to fly to Vadodara instead of Ahmedabad which was originally intended. Now I'll also have to book a cab from Vadodara to Ahmedabad which is an additional cost from my pocket. This must be reimbursed
