Not sure which is more surprising from todays #cltcc budget meeting. The fact the @DimpleAjmera is not advocating for the environmental businesses that work at the innovation barn or that as chair of the environment committee she has not even been there to check it out.
Today’s the day! If you don’t know who to #vote for or your not familiar with all the candidates, call your friends. Ask your neighbors. But either way get out and vote!🗳
It’s primary day in Charlotte and endorsements are still sneaking in for #cltcc. This one for Darlene Heater from longtime D4 councilman Gregg Phipps. Heater is challenging incumbent Renee Johnson.
A last minute endorsement and it is a big one in District 4.
Former D4 rep and current At-Large rep Greg Phipps is backing @Vote4Heater over incumbent Renee Johnson #cltcc
Very rare for a incumbent district #cltcc rep to lose, but it could happen today in D4. Former district rep. Greg Phipps endorsed @heaterucp in race against incumbent Renee Johnson.
Tomorrow is the last day of early voting and the last day you can vote at any open polling site in your county. Tuesday you have to vote at your precinct. Here’s the EV sites in Meck
Pleased to see this recommendation, something we learned of when I took city leaders including @CATSRideTransit to SmartColumbus to look at their transit system after winning DOT’s $40 million smart city challenge. This is a very important piece needed in University City!

This is a valued and important endorsement by The Charlotte Observer. I am honored. But the most important endorsement comes from you, our voters. Vote for Darlene Heater for City Council, district 4.

Thank you @theobserver Editor Board for the endorsement! "Darlene Heater is a University City veteran, regular civic participant and ....she brings a strong grasp of issues in her district and a record of working to tackle them" #cltcc
