The Ed Board understood the assignment and endorsed Harris. You then overrode them anyway. Don't pretend it's anything else.

@Timodc I think you're both off. Dem voters are anxious because gerrymandering and the elec college make it harder for our votes to matter. Remember: GOP pres. candidates have won the pop vote only 1x since 1988. Yet we've had 12 years of GOP POTUSes (both GWB and T ended in recession)

@Licotron1 @TheAmerican_Mom @CalltoActivism Sounds simple in theory but these initiatives DO disenfranchise voters. In 2014, Alabama passed a law requiring valid photo ID to vote. Then, they shut down (or reduced service) at 34 state driver's license offices, disproportionately affecting black and rural voters.

In MD, an abortion this late is only legal IF the pregnant person is at health/life risk OR the fetus has a genetic defect/serious deformity. If the clinic is still conducting them regardless, then that would be illegal and yes, "bad."

For example, in MD, where this clinic is purportedly located, it's only allowed "to protect the life or health of the pregnant person or if the fetus has a genetic defect or serious deformity."
