@MWeintraubMD It IS a cardiovascular outcomes trial! Powering for NI not superiority doesn't change that. ATTAIN-OUTCOMES in obesity will be more definitive though
@BenBikmanPhD If glucagon is so important, why is weight loss so mediocre with survodutide and mazdutide, which both activate the glucagon and GLP-1 receptors
@CMichaelGibson Wow! Major blow to the Lp(a) causal paradigm, although 1 study is never definitive. Will be interesting to see if it was convincingly null or just missed statistical significance.
