@easyJet you send me an ARN number saying you’ve paid me my refund, I check with bank as it wasn’t in my account and surprise surprise, they have no record of it. PAY PEOPLE BACK WHAT YOU OWE THEM

@easyJet So 1 customer advisor said the refund was unsuccessful and another one said it was. My bank has no record of the ARN number so who is telling the truth? At this rate I reckon it’s more likely to be my bank. REFUND MY MONEY
