@stanzilla1 Sorry not sure how I missed this. Let me see what I can find in some older files that might be helpful and ask around for you. Feel free to DM
I think my F*ck It Bucket is gunna get full really fast these days. Good reminder for personal and professional life.

I love it when my currently potty training 2yo congratulates me after using the bathroom with a hearty 👍🏽 and “Good Job, Mommy” - I could use the kudos for other mundane tasks too: paying the bills, doing dishes, grocery shopping...
@DougCollinsUX I'm a #UX newbie, so just about all my skills I need to improve - but focusing on taking intro html, css, and java script to improve my developer interactions and responsive design know how. Next up I'm looking to step up my UI and visuals game.
@agingerssoul You’ve at least got an outline. I’m about a month out and haven’t put any pen to paper. Granted I’m incoming so mine will be short and sweet. Outgoing is definitely harder. #AlltheFeelz
@Tamarastampone Speaking developer! My first role I was a UXD team of one and worked hand in hand with 5 remote developers who took me under their wing and taught me the ropes. Our interactions got better and faster every day.
@TradocDCG @JohnTOCradio @FTGNotebook@TheCompanyLDR@FieldGradeLead I’m ex-Active but been in the Guard 8 years now and some things they do still boggle my mind. #themoreyouknow The 1SG selection is still in concert with BN CDR and CSM, but since my higher isn’t medical (don’t ask) they weigh our opinion pretty heavily
Hey #MilTwitter - Guard Med Co CDR here and I'm starting to interview 1SG candidates. What questions did you ask to gauge cultural fit and competence? Words of Wisdom?@FTGNotebook@TheCompanyLDR@FieldGradeLead
@Kareem_Starks @FTGNotebook@TheCompanyLDR@FieldGradeLead This may be an exception. I was involved with unit at its inception so I’ve kept up with them for the past 3 years knowing I’d be back. Might be the timing worked out or maybe it’s a Guard thing
@agingerssoul Also completely agree about trust and honesty as top priority. My list of primary 68W candidates is slim, and have no qualms considering secondary or non 68Ws SFC/MSGs.
@agingerssoul I should caveat this is a new unit that I helped stand up 3 years ago as the XO and coming back to CMD. I had a hand in creating the culture, leadership styles, etc but some aspects could use a tune up. Maybe alignment of leadership principals is more accurate.
@TreyGuy13 @FTGNotebook@TheCompanyLDR@FieldGradeLead Super useful! Thank you. I saved the thread for later reference. I really liked the question “how do you plan to tell me I’m wrong?” - it’s inevitable we won’t see eye to eye all the time, but how we resolve those is important
@morganepeng Love the visual! As an MBA grad and past consultant, My strengths are in the lower left but am all about learning the lower right. I love the power of language and cognitive behavior!
@DougCollinsUX For me it was always finding one good, solid time for all the stakeholders needed to participate in remote sprints or just a user research outcomes presentation. Spent a lot of time doing one on ones that could have been used elsewhere.
I typically get along better with men, but nothing feeds my soul like the deep connection of #sisterhood with my close girl friends when the going gets rough.
