@GameStop WORST Customer service I've had in a long time. Bought a $50 xbox giftcard at one of your stores. Pic below. Card was accidentally lost. Go to the store to ask for information that was on the card - response from store is "Tough luck...Can't do anything to help you"

Had same issue with a giftcard from @Target, and received immediate assistance from their staff to replace the card with a new one. That was #Excellence
