We could not be prouder of the #HowesRoadAllStars at #GleeChallenge tonight. The choir from Orchard Brae and @heathryburn have worked their socks of to learn songs & signs for two songs. They were awarded 'The Spirit of Glee' award 🏆showing the power of teamwork. #TogetherWeGrow

Bring on the community challenges! Fair to say today was a success! Collaboration, communication, team work and empathy were our core skills in our challenges. Now it’s time to demonstrate our core values in our everyday interactions to win points for our houses!

To finish off the term, they accompanied me on a recce visit to @kirrieconnect, one of our incredible @BoldScotland partners, and they represented the school so well, chatting and joining in with everyone, showing lots of curiosity, and even leading a 2-part harmony song 🙂.

Their leadership mentoring programme didn't come out of nowhere. It is one of the fruits to come from having the freedom and building trust over many years to learn how to create organic, bespoke, multi-disciplinary, living and co-designed journeys, founded on relationships!
