@ir_427 @BritishGas @BritishGasHelp If your’e near Surrey/south London and get to the end of your tether feel free to get in touch. I wouldn’t worry about the boiler warranty as they do the warranty work in house so I imagine they will just stand it even if they miss a service. Best of luck

I understand the reason fire/rehire exists but contract changes should be legally time limited to help a business recover not permanently increase profit margins 4 shareholders
