Tight calves, stiff ankles, and limited lower-body movement can quietly change how you squat, bend, and walk.
Most people don’t notice until everyday movement starts feeling harder.
Steve, e morto miliardario a 56 anni, senza poter sconfiggere il cancro.

Mortgage lenders will lose far more during the developing mortgage crisis than they did during all of the GFC. From 2007–2010, realized losses on defaulted mortgages totaled about $450 billion.
There is currently about $8.3 trillion in outstanding fixed-rate mortgages with an average rate of 4.6% and 25 years left to maturity. Given that current rates are 7.5%, the mark-to-market losses on those mortgages are already about $2 trillion. When rates rise to 8.5%, the loss will rise to $3 trillion!
That means even without a single default, on paper mortgage lenders have already lost over four times more than they lost during the GFC. That loss will grow to nearly seven times as much when mortgage rates hit 8.5%.
Worse, during the GFC, since mortgage rates plunged, lenders had mark-to-market gains on all the outstanding mortgages that did not default. Since only 10% of the mortgages defaulted, those unrealized gains totaled about $1.75 trillion. That provided a huge cushion that today's mortgage lenders no longer have. In fact, when mark-to-market gains were taken into account, mortgage lenders actually made $1.3 trillion during the GFC.
The current situation is therefore orders of magnitude worse. The impending disaster was created by the Federal Reserve holding interest rates so low for so long, and the FHA and GSEs guaranteeing 30-year fixed-rate mortgages, which allowed borrowers to lock in such low rates for such long durations. That sowed the seeds for the perfect storm of financial destruction that is about to hit.
The IRS is legally robbing 30% of your paycheck every Friday because you are too much of a coward to spend $200 on an LLC
A guy making $80,000 at a normal job takes home about $60,000 after taxes.
A guy making $80,000 through his own LLC writes off his phone, his WiFi, a portion of his rent, his car, and his meals. He pays taxes on the pennies left over, and keeps the rest
The entire tax code was written by business owners, for business owners.
If you just take a W2 paycheck, you are subsidizing the lives of the rich
How to legally hide your money from the government:
1. Open a single-member LLC in your state ($100-$300)
2. Open a separate business checking account. Do not mix your personal grocery money with it
3. Start any side hustle. Consulting, freelance, flipping couches. It doesn't matter, as long as there is intent to make a profit
4. Write off the percentage of your life used for "business." Your cell phone bill just became a business expense
But the biggest cheat code of owning an LLC isn't the tax write-offs. It's the banks.
A normal guy begs for a $5,000 personal loan at 12% interest.
But if you have an LLC and a 740 personal credit score, I can walk you into the business card desk at Chase or Amex and get you $80,000 at 0% interest for 18 months.
The algorithm doesn't ask for tax returns. It just sees the 740 score and hands over the bag.
Running this exploit for other business owners is my entire career:
1. I find owners who got rejected for normal commercial loans
2. I take them to the backdoor business card desk
3. The bot approves them for $80,000 at 0%
4. I tax them 10% before they touch the cash
$80,000 approved = $8,000 to me. For filling out a form on a different URL.

This is exactly how he did it:
