We made Sweet Thai Chili Pork!

Firstly, it was super easy with minimal dishes made. The portions are pretty large, easily we could have had leftovers if we wanted. The sauce was really good, that mix of sweet and spicy balanced well with everything on the plate.

Genuinely, i’m giving this a 10/10
