@NicolaiEddy Try unresponsive customer service after having 4 unauthorized transactions to a country I know no one in, happen in a 15 minute window totaling over $1500 dollars. And no I didn’t click any phishing links and I have Face ID turned on for transfers.

@NALAmoney@Benji_Fernandes please do something about whatever is happening on your end causing fraudulent transactions! been a Nala user for years… in April I randomly get 4 back to back unauthorized transfers from my account to number I don’t know to a country I never sent to
@NicolaiEddy Shouldn’t have to resort to calling a company out on Twitter to get any support. What’s more is same thing that happened to me happened to another friend on NALA. Over 30 days?! No contact no refund…
@NicolaiEddy Please do something about fraud on your platform and your customer service is horrible.. zero customer support in over a month? I know no one in Ghana how did 4 transactions happen to go there in a 10 minute window? Over $1500 dollars and no I did not click on any phishing links
@NALAmoney I have had fraudulent charges on my account totallinh over $1500. No customer support contact in over a month.. told my bank it’s a valid transaction when it’s not… All I have received is generic canned messages…
@Benji_Fernandes Zero contact from customer service in over a month for unauthorized transactions over $1500 dollars. This is also not just my experience but others have similar issue that I know of personally.

@NALAmoney@Benji_Fernandes this is really terrible customer service and a bad experience. Chase reached out to Nala and they claim it’s a legitimate transaction. No one from Nala has reached out to get full details. It’s been over a month and cost me over $1500. #nala#nalasucks
4 back to back transactions. I have 2FA on my account. It even changed my address on my profile. I know I did not click on any phishing link. 2 other people I referrrd to NALA have had same issue. What makes it worse is customer service. Last email was a month ago. No updates.
