The same Texas Tech who used sovereign immunity to avoid going to court when Mike Leach sued for wrongful termination
really loves court all of a sudden…
Texas Tech isn’t in an impossible spot. You idiots just didn’t want to admit you didn’t check into the player and now you’re trying to save face by playing victim. The kid should have been thrown off the team the moment you heard he placed bets on his own team.
It doesn’t matter whether or not he played in the same games he bet on, because you can’t prove if his teammates were in on the bets and ruined the integrity of the game.
He’s gotta go.
This the quintessential story of how sports reflects the state of the world. Thousands of fans have waited for Game 3 their whole lives and now they’re priced out of entering the game and can’t even celebrate outside because one billionaire gets to attend the game for free.
Can we revisit this for a second?
LOVE Brunson & Fox getting into it. Playoffs, crunch time, chippy. Awesome. Brunson’s Dad running down the whole court to get involved is the funniest & lamest thing ever. Immediately not awesome.
“Get off my son!” LMAO
For the first time yesterday, I experienced the new @alamodrafthouse QR code ordering system and I can tell you it’s truly awful. Rather than making ordering food and drink more efficient, it actually adds steps to the process AND if you want to order additional items during the film you HAVE to open your phone. No, your cute reference to that irony in your How To Alamo video doesn’t negate how ridiculous this is. Please don’t cut corners with your staff and revert back to physical menus and order cards.
