The big takeaway from @austinenergy's press conference is that, under state orders, the utility has turned off every non-essential circuit it can. That means the blackouts can't "roll" from one area to another. All areas not connected to critical infrastructure are down. (1/5)

@RoxanneWilson That gives me hope!! ❤️❤️❤️ Wolf is still hospitalized for now, but hoping he recovers enough to come home soon. He is just such an old man. Stuff like this can be extra tricky, but he has a history of miracle-ing himself.
