@danusenerudova Totální kecy bez nějakého reálného základu. Gender Pay Gap existuje ale ne protože tu existuje nějaká dohoda že ženy na stejné pozici budou brát méně 😂 ale prostě proto že muži a ženy si volí jiné kariérní dráhy které i logicky mají jiné finanční ohodnocení.

@danusenerudova V ČR v dnešní době definitivně rovné příležitosti máme. Kdo chce a umí, tak se dostane. Chtít rovnost v oborech je nesmysl a hlavně výzva k potencionální diskriminaci uchazečů na základě pohlaví. Aneb nebudeme brát muže/ženy protože už jich máme moc. LoL.
