Today when i went they asking me to re book appointment
Is appointment needed for 1 missing document? Pls clarity nothing is mentioned regarding appointment in statys too

U guys need 2 REALLY PAY ATTENTION 4 AFTER SALES SERVICES
I've hd multiple cars bt only TATA cars have troubled me in Servicing,none of my cars have been in garage or service center for more than 2 days

Gave my EV for servicing on 30/4, still lying at service center after 1 week. First server issue, now battery technician not coming. No updates, no timelines, no compensation. Customers suffer while responsibility is passed around. @TataMotors

Tried calling multiple times on helpline number they left me to hang out dry at toll.
Once I'm back will do all legal formalities with PROOFS

Live score headline(runs needed) and commentary isnt matching
Its not for this instance but in general
U changed UI but basic functionality shud not b affected bcoz of it

Complaint since 25-03-2026 no resolution or calls received
It shows how customers r valued at @cars24india
I'm losing patience bcoz it doesn't looks like anyone is working on complaint

@Cars24Support I got call after tweet since then no follows. I was promised for refund but still not received it.
Half the time the number they gave is not available or on leave or not responding.
Highly unprofessional

Once ur transaction/login password is locked for corporate acc, its very rigid & time consuming process
Those whose id gets locked on deadline what about those ppl?
On top of it there is no help online only branch visit is option
If bank is closed nothing can be done.

I called for inspection on 13th & next day u called & deal was negotiated & was asked to wait till month end. Since then there hasn't been proper communication. Also re negotiation is done on lower price
Pls help
