This is biblical.
A woman in her eighties. Ten years into Alzheimer's. Hadn't spoken a full sentence in five years.
Takes one, 5 gram dose of psilocybin.
She slept 19 hours and woke up and spoke for hours about her life, recognized family and held real conversations. She regained bladder control after five years, walked on her own. and dressed herself. Gains held for weeks.
“Every human being needs to exercise the quality of courage. Courage is not necessarily an absence of fear; an individual can feel great trepidation and still be courageous. The valorous person is one who does not succumb to his fears, but rather makes up his mind to confront and conquer them.” — Sri Daya Mata
Sri Daya Mata, beloved third president of SRF/YSS, relates an illustrative experience from her childhood and explains how we all can take practical steps to conquer our fears and face challenges with “the strength and faith that are native to the soul.” We invite you to read “Exercising Courage Is the Way to Develop Courage,” to see how we all can take simple, practical steps to conquer our fears: https://t.co/AGPG106Mmc

After your imaginal act, cultivate deliberately the feeling of 'it is done, all is well.' Not complacency, but settled certainty. Rest in that stillness. That is keeping the sabbath.
Erin Brockovich has launched a website and has begun tracking all data centers in America and logging resident complaints
In just 1 week it’s already logged 1,690 resident complaints
For this who don’t remember
Erin Brockovich was the paralegal responsible for winning out a case against PG&E, Hinckley in California, because their wastewater runoff was seeping into rural areas and creating a lot of health issues for, for the surrounding neighborhoods
That case brought in a $333 million settlement that went to the families affected by the situation because a lot of them either had staggering medical bills due to their tap water was no longer safe
So why is this important, well residents all over America are reporting their tap water and river water is being heavily polluted by data centers
Her map of data centers is new, she just launched it
The website features an interactive US map showing operational, under-construction, and proposed AI data centers, overlaid with community-reported complaints
Residents can submit reports with details, photos, and locations. Within days of launch, it received a surge of submissions over 1,600 in the first week, and reports of 1,800+ from 47 states shortly after
Common Resident Complaints Being Logged
- Water usage
- Raising utility bills for residents
- Noise pollution: Constant 24/7 humming from fans, generators, and cooling systems disrupting sleep, daily life, and wildlife.
- E-waste from frequent hardware upgrades, pollution including PFAS concerns
Take a blank page. Write at the top: 'It is done. This is my life now.'
Write 10 sentences describing your life FROM the end in present tense.
Don't describe getting there. Describe BEING there.
Example: 'I wake up in my beautiful home and feel deeply at peace.'
Example: 'My work is fulfilling and generously rewarded.'
As you write, let the FEELING of each sentence settle in your body.
Read this back to yourself at night before sleep slowly, feeling each line.
How to live in the end:
Ask yourself: "If my desire were already real what would my world look like from the inside?" Not, “what would I see happening?” But, “how would I feel walking through my day, what conversations would I be having? What would I take for granted that I currently don't?” That texture, that *taken-for-granted* quality is what you are after. Not the exciting moment of getting it. The quiet, ordinary feeling of already having it. Neville: "Assume the feeling of your wish fulfilled and observe the route that your attention follows." The "bridges of incident," the synchronicities, the phone calls, the opportunities will begin to appear. You do not manufacture them. You do not force them. You simply live in the end, and they find you.

In a world where everyone is complaining about where we live, let us redirect our energy and start giving appreciation locally! 💕
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come;thy will be done;on earth as it is in heaven.Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.And lead us not into temptation;but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory, for ever and ever.Amen.
God bless all 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
SRF monk Brother Ekananda explains that we always have a choice about the kinds of thoughts we entertain — and we can wisely choose thoughts that affirm the joy, peace, and love that is our real nature.

“Prayer is one of the most effective and immediate ways we can reach out to our world family in times of need. In that consciousness, when we learn of a situation that causes suffering, let our first reaction always be to pray — to surround those affected in God’s protecting love. In so doing, we widen the channel for His blessings to flow to them in ways that infuse a higher power into the aid brought by charitable human efforts; and we open our own hearts to His peace and reassurance.” — Sri Mrinalini Mata

You rise to a higher level of consciousness by taking your attention away from your present limitations and placing it upon that which you desire to be.
How would you feel if your dream was suddenly granted?
Feel the relief, the closure, the peace, the calm silence of your mind.
Treasure this feeling, you deserve everything it implies because you are the real treasure.
