Homelessness is a bigger issue than just putting people in nice apartments or homes and having the collective society pay for them perpetually. How do you fix the naturally varying abilities individual persons innately have to survive in our society. Some are more naturally capable than others. Intervention must start early, 4 year olds and education and protection from impoverished parents. In the meantime, we don’t even have the housing solution.
That may be. But to reset by taxation is as archaic as it gets. The money will go to the federal government but won’t get disbursed to the public who are experiencing low wages. It will go to illegal Immigrants etc. low wage Americans should participate in the capital markets instead.
Grok gets stuff wrong sometimes. I still have to be careful. For example I engaged him/her on a discussion of dynasty trusts and although he gave me correct information, his/ her conclusions on at least one important issue was incorrect and in the math tax of it. He/she seemed enthusiastic to agree with my incorrect interpretation. So what’s up with that?
