Happy to help... but not really. “Contact us here, but no wait.” @delta puts their frontline people (flight attendants, customer service) up as human shields for their policies and procedures. It’s clear the Delta conflict and problem resolution method is attrition of resolve.
Thank you @Delta and ATL. 12 minutes between touchdown and boarding to get from A34 to F12. Tram goes “out of service” so a quick sprint delivers a sweaty me to a “comfort plus” seat that’s narrow enough without the intrusion of a wall and 2 USB chargers that don’t work.
@Delta Maybe I’m just cranky from subsisting on Goldfish and cookies without a chance to get real(ish) food. The automated or cut-and-paste message is really heart warming gesture though Jan. If the flight attendants weren’t so nice (and not the root cause) I’d be putting up a stink.
@thereadystate : @joerogan talks to Rob Kearney about his EMS unit, mentions he got one a long time ago (a Marc Pro) and mentions you within the minute. Joe needs someone to show him the power of the device!
