The greatest coach in franchise history and one of the all-time great leaders.
Special.

@Robert___1@VernonDelcampo@BussinWTB He caught the ball on the left side and then with his arms centred himself and kept the arms extended. That is manipulation.
@Robert___1@VernonDelcampo@BussinWTB Holding the ball away from your body is manipulation… catching the ball with 2 hands and not immediately dropping the ball is manipulation. Keeping your arms extended and holding the ball away from your body with a defender on your back hip is considered manipulation.
@Robert___1@VernonDelcampo@BussinWTB His hands were extended to prevent the defender from swatting the ball away. I would consider that a football move, as do the rules.
I really like reading about historical ocean expeditions (James Ross, Ernest Shackleton etc) and I picture waves like this when I read books about these guys and I’m even more impressed.
Pat on the back moment for myself- at 21 I broke my back and was told I needed surgery. Avoided that with intense physio rehab. Was told I would never be able to comfortably squat/deadlift heavy again. Today I squatted 245lbs for 5 reps with no pain or discomfort.
My fav thing about boomers is that when the power goes out instead of looking at the hydro outage map, they flock to Facebook to announce it and ask if anyone else is without.
People that refuse to use self checkout and instead add to already long line ups blow my mind. Don’t you have other things to do? Why just stand around? Waiting in lines adds years to your life if you really add it all up.
