HELCOM's 2025 Annual Reception took place last week at the HELCOM Secretariat, gathering around 100 guests.

At the event, Ceramic artist Mrs. Karin Widnäs presented her artwork "Magic Island". Her unique Magic Island creations aim to support the Baltic Sea.

The MUNI-RISK project is underway, kicking off today! The @CBSSsecretariat, alongside @HELCOMInfo, will notably continue the political dialogue in the #BalticSeaRegion on #MunitionsInTheSea. Transnational collaboration and a potential common mechanism for managing the risks posed by #submergedmunitions will be key. Together with EU sister projects #MUNIMAP and #MMinESwEEPER, #MUNIRISK will provide key information for risk assessments and prioritisation of areas needing action in the Baltic Sea.
